See TRO Traffic Regulatory Order about parking on Stonehenge WHS on droves byways etc on Stonehenge Visitor Centre & TRO page - because of so many objections there will be a public inquiry - let's hope they remember the National Parks Yorkshire Dales precedent which was the same and was thrown out!
